We typically ship orders within 2-3 business days. However, delays may occur if an item in your order is running low, particularly if you’ve requested specific colors that are currently unavailable, or if the item is on pre-order.

To check if an item is on pre-order, you can search for the product on our website, where the estimated shipping date is usually provided.

Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you a tracking confirmation email with the tracking details. You can also monitor your order's shipping status by logging into your account and checking the "Order History" section.
