Why can't I get gift cards instead of coupons?Updated 8 months ago

With the introduction of our new loyalty app, points are now only convertible into coupons. 

To maintain the sustainability of our small business, we are limiting the use of coupons to one per order. This change is due to our company's policy over the past five years, where we have incurred tax expenses associated with gift cards because they have a monetary value. By switching to coupons, we aim to better manage these costs and continue providing quality service.
