What are Karma points?

Karma Points is our customer loyalty program. You get points for every purchase made, referring a friend, submitting reviews, following our social media platforms, etc. 

How does it work?

• Points can only be converted into discount coupons(no longer gift cards)
• 🛒 Applies to all orders except subscriptions or other promotions.
• 🔺 One discount per order.
• ⏱️ Points and coupons will expire based on the rolling calendar year. 
  For example, if points are earned on March 1, 2024, they might expire exactly one year later, on March 1, 2025. Each point's expiration date is determined individually, depending on when they were earned.
• 🚷 Discounts are automatically applied in full - unused balances are not refunded or reinstated.
• 🗓️ Draft/Facebook codes for a limited time, otherwise their use for special orders is prohibited.
• 📦 Please note that if you used rewards points for an order you wish to return, those rewards cannot be reactivated or refunded. For this reason, we recommend considering keeping the order if possible to retain the value of your rewards.
