My coupon/discount is not workingUpdated 9 months ago

There are a couple of reasons why your code is not working:

  • We only allow one coupon per order.
  • Coupons from promos or rewards cannot be combined with items already on sale or subscriptions unless stated.
  • Make sure to add the correct number of items to your cart. i.e. BOGO, must have 2 items added to the cart.
  • Check that the code has not expired.
  • Reward points are not valid on promotions, subscriptions, and invoices from  Facebook sales BUT kindly leave here your code and invoice # and one of us will apply it manually.

If it does not fall to any of the above, please leave the following:

💌 Email address/Order number
⚠️ Screenshot of your cart with the error message
🌈 Color requests (if applicable)
